All product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information without notice.


3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Prices include GST where applicable.
  • Freight charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice.


4. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance.

CCS reserves the right to:

  • Decline an order
  • Cancel an order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued where required.


5. Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received unless an approved trade credit account is in place.


6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only.

CCS Distribution Co is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial action
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.


7. Returns

Returns may be accepted where:

  • Goods are faulty
  • Goods are incorrectly supplied
  • Required under Australian Consumer Law

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Special-order items are generally non-returnable unless required by law.


8. Warranty

Products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties where provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.


9. Trade Accounts

Trade pricing is available only to approved customers.

CCS reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing
  • Suspend or terminate trade accounts

Trade pricing is confidential and must not be publicly advertised without written permission.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Product information
  • Text
  • Branding

remains the property of CCS Distribution Co or the relevant intellectual property owner.

No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCS Distribution Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
